Cancellation Policy: We understand that dogs, people, and life are unpredictable at times as we have moments too. We send out a confirmation text 3 days before the scheduled session to prevent unexpected changes and allow for our 24-hour cancellation policy. If owner has gym membership and cancels appointment or is a no-show, owner forfeits the session with no refund.  No-shows and cancellations made less than 24-hours will result in the full session price added to owners account. No other sessions will be made until payment is paid in full.
